Returns & Exchanges

        With your Hammock Isle purchase, you share in our passion for RTTO. You're part of the tribe. Our lifestyle brand is top notch and so is our customer service. If you need to return or exchange your Hammock Isle purchase for any reason, please let us know why at customercare@hammockisle.com.

        All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition with tags/stickers attached (if applicable).

Using the carrier of your choice is acceptable for returns.  The typical turnaround for processing refunds is one week once we receive the items.  For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service and give us a heads up at customercare@hammockisle.com. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

        If purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the card for the returned items upon receipt and confirmation of their condition.  If you are exchanging the same item for a different size, we will handle the shipping and cost for you.
